Business Meetings.

The hotel can offer pleasant hospitality to companies as well, linking the need to arrange meetings, business conferences, lunches or dinners to the idea of quality and professionalism.

If there is a need to stay overnight the fee grants wide facilitations by offering accommodation in double rooms for single use, provided with every comfort imaginable and a magnificent view over the lake.

Despite taking all technical, work-related aspects into consideration, our philosophy gives preference to a sense of hospitality that fits the specific characteristics of the hotel: its being surrounded by a magnificent garden and park, the quiet, the warmth of hospitality, the kind and attentive service and particularly the quality of the catering, always aimed at highlighting the food and wine specialties of our local area.

CORPORATE DINNERS
Our passion and our commitment are also offered to entrepreneurs wishing to express their personality and image through the banquet. We arrange ambients with extremely well-finished details by offering an attentive match between the proposed course and the wine in our catering. We never forget that we are in Franciacorta.

The sunlit meeting hall with lake view can be completely darkened. Seats can be added in rows up to a maximum of 130 spaces or in a horseshoe shape up to a maximum of 35 persons.

  • A rental service is available for additional equipment
The cost per person for a minimum of 10 participants is
  • Full day meeting € 65,00
  • Half day meeting € 60,00
    (If the number of participants is lower than 10 persons, the price may be agreed upon).
THE COST INCLUDES
  • Meeting hall rental
  • Coffee break (2 in case of full day, 1 in case of half day) in which coffee, tea, mineral water, fruit juices, mixed sweets and pastries are served.
  • Buffet lunch with warm first course served at the table
    or
  • Lunch served at the table, which includes 1 first course, 1 second course, 1 dessert, coffee.
    (In both cases drinks are included in the size of 1 bottle every 2 persons).
The catering included in the services offered during the meeting are awarded the same care as the à la carte restaurant with regard to the quality of the meals and the service.
