The Relais Mirabella Restaurant, with its romantic halls and panoramic terrace, is a hanging garden above Lake Iseo.
The restaurant offers an à la carte menu of international cuisine, which is deeply linked to the local area and the regional specialities without forgetting the prime positioning of fresh sea fish, also offered alongside fresh pasta made by us according to the tradition.

Different cooking techniques which emphasise the delicacy of freshwater fish feature on the menu. The typical Clusane dish is especially not to be missed: oven-baked tench with polenta.

Of course the Rovato beef with olive oil, which was the subject of much attention and curiosity in the various reinterpretations of high-profile chefs working in our area, is also offered: our attempt at improving the dish involves the use of DOP extra-virgin olive oil from Collina Mirabella.
