Our gastronomical proposal is aimed at bringing you the best of the specialities of our region.
Our Chef, always passionately committed to searching for new recipes, has a preference for fresh preparations that give new life to old flavours. These are all impeccably presented.
He naturally devoted his attention to the olive oil we produce. So there are specific recipes such as tortelli with mousse made from our extra-virgin oil, with herbs velvet sauce and Parmesan brittle, and green celery risotto, seasoned with our extra-virgin oil.
